Modere Lean Body System Instructions / DIRECTIONS:

Shape: Take 1 tablespoon directly by mouth daily, preferably in the morning.

Burn: For adults take 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 capsules with lunch. Allow at least 3 hours between breakfast and lunch. Do not take on an empty stomach.

Activate: Read NOTICE carefully before use. Mix 1 packet into 250 mL of water. Stir briskly and drink promptly. If mixture thickens, add more liquid and stir. Use for 3 consecutive days per month, preferably at bedtime.
