Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Areas
We offer postage to anywhere in New Zealand, including to rural areas of NZ, and PO Boxes.
Shipping Fee
At the moment – until January 2026 – We charge a flat international shipping fee of AUD 35 for all orders shipped to New Zealand. (No matter the size or weight of the order.)
During the “soft launch” phase, this is the only shipping option available.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 pm AEST will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Processing delays may occur during peak periods (commonly from the 28th to the 5th of each month) or during holiday seasons.
Delivery Time
We strive to have all orders delivered within 5–10 business days from the date of order placement. Some test orders have arrived in New Zealand in as few as 5 business days.
“Business days” refers to Monday through Friday, excluding New Zealand and Australian public holidays.
Courier & Delivery Partners
Orders are shipped via Australia Post (Express International) and delivered by New Zealand Post once in NZ.
Yes, you may use a PO Box or rural address for delivery in NZ.

Free Shipping Threshold (Future Plan)
Once the official New Zealand site is launched (anticipated in early 2026), we intend to introduce free shipping on orders over NZD 199. Until then, all orders to NZ incur the flat AUD 35.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Australian GST (10%) is included in the listed product prices.
Depending on the order value, duties or import taxes may apply upon arrival in NZ (for example, for orders over NZD 1,000).
Your bank or card provider may charge international transaction or currency conversion fees.
Returns & Refunds
Eligibility & Guarantee
Shaklee honours the same 100% Shaklee guarantee for New Zealand customers. Shaklee will refund any item you are not happy. Buyer pays for return postage.
How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return a product, please contact Shaklee Australia Customer Service (email: australia@shaklee.com) and follow their return instructions. Provide your order number, product details, reason for return, etc.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (i.e., “reply paid” is not offered).
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (or as otherwise agreed).
Timing & Conditions
Returns must meet the conditions stipulated by Shaklee.
Refunds may be subject to inspection and restocking guidelines.
Processing time for refunds may vary depending on bank/processor delays.
Exceptions & Non‑Returnable Items
Any exceptions will be determined according to Shaklee’s standard policies.
